Who we are
This website is published by Maison Palmier, a riad located in Marrakech, Morocco. For any question regarding your personal data, please write to reservation@riadmaisonpalmier.com.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form:
- your first name and, where provided, your last name;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you decide to share it;
- the content of your message.
We also record the date of your consent and your IP address, solely to evidence that consent was given and to protect the form against abuse.
Why we use it
This information is used only to answer your enquiry and to prepare your stay. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
Your data is kept for three years from our last exchange, then deleted.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising cookie, no analytics tracker, and stores no browsing preference. The language depends solely on the address you visit.
A technical session cookie is set on the Contact page, for the duration of your visit, to secure the form submission. It expires when you close your browser and holds no personal data.
The Contact page may display a Google Maps frame. Loading it involves a connection to Google servers, which may set their own cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, write to reservation@riadmaisonpalmier.com. We reply within thirty days.
Security
The website is served entirely over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored on a restricted, password-protected server.
